Incoming Calls:
* Calls forwarded from your staff to the call center
* Direct connection to your reservation system
* Regular updates of each reservation based on driver and customer calls
* Dispatchers make new reservations, changes, and/or cancellations and notify all parties involved (Including worldwide affiliates)
* Overnight activity logs are provided for your day time staff
Outgoing Calls:
* All outgoing calls are included in overnight activity logs
* Wake up calls for drivers and updates to customers, as needed
* Reports of your company's after hours activities are provided on request, for an additional fee
* Reports can be customized to include any call information that is relevant to you
